Warehouse At Whitestone Cinemas

Siefert Associates, LLC [SA] has provided crane notice filing services for Stonebridge Inc. as they erect a new warehouse and truck court at the old Whitestone Cinemas Theater in the Bronx, New York. SA provided four crane notice packages, reviewed and approved by the NYC DOB, for cranes ranging from 45T hydraulic “cherry-picker” cranes up to 300T crawler cranes. SA also provided Stonebridge Inc. with working drawings for the rigging design, analysis & erection of 130’-0” long-span trusses to support the proposed truck court. At 15ft in height, these trusses weighed up to 141,000lbs each.
