Third Party Review Services
Did you know that Siefert Associates provides independent, third party review services to Owners and Contractors? In the past year, we have worked with several clients to review critical lift plans, rigging procedures, SPMT operations and conceptual design drawings. In addition to reviewing the plans for general adherence to accepted engineering practice and standards, we may also suggest improvements to the plans in an effort to increase the safety, efficiency and/or constructability of the proposed work.
For an engineering package provided by others on current projects, Siefert Associates may provide either a detailed comment summary sheet or a set of independent calculations to confirm the concepts shown. For projects still in the design or conceptual phase, we may provide a constructability analysis to include details of erection and/or demolition operations.
