Route 7 Hackensack River Wittpenn Bridge

Siefert Associates, LLC was awarded a contract by Atlantic Coast Dismantling to demolish the Wittpenn Bridge. The vertical-lift bridge spans the Hackensack River, carrying NJ Route 7 traffic from Kearny to Jersey City. Our scope of work includes the staged demolition of the east and west approaches and truss spans. We will provide demolition procedures and analysis of the superstructure during operation.
