Harbor Brook Overflow Culvert at Amtrak Railroad

Siefert Associates, LLC provided support of excavation design services to Empire Paving to facilitate the construction of drainage culverts below an existing railroad in Meriden, CT. The design provided support for an existing masonry wall and coal bin using driven steel sheet piles with additional support from rakers and reaction sheet piles.
