CN Filings at NYC DOB

Siefert Associates continues to provide construction engineering services to Skanska USA for filing CN approvals with DOB. One of our latest approvals was a crane plan for the erection of nine steel poles at the croton filtration plant in The Bronx, New York. Once erected, the poles will be the supporting structure for a section of the perimeter netting around the Mosholu golf course. Many factors were analyzed when preparing the crane plans including the dunnage configuration, soil conditions, and nearby underground structures.
