Siefert Associates has been working with Empire Paving on a culvert replacement project that many Newtown, CT residents may have noticed. Pictured below is a GRES wall supporting traffic that has been shifted during construction, as well as a tieback SOE facilitating installation of the endwall at the culvert's outlet – each designed by SALLC.
