Henry Hudson Bridge

In January of 2020, Restani Construction, with the help of their steel subcontractor Northeast Steel Erector, installed the Stage 2 Temporary supports for the upper level of the Henry Hudson Bridge (Manhattan approach). Siefert Associates provided the design of the temporary shoring towers to support the existing structure under three [3] lanes of live load traffic. With the Stage 2 Temporary supports in place, Restani Construction was able to demolish the existing lower level structure.
