West Thames Pedestrian Bridge

Back in May, Spans 1 and 2 of the West Thames Pedestrian Bridge were erected in Lower Manhattan. As part of a large team of contractors and engineers, Siefert Associates, LLC provided construction engineering support for GCCOM Construction Company, the steel erector on the project. Siefert Associates provided engineered lift plans, including design of rigging and temporary supports, for the delivery of the lenticular truss spans from a barge crane in the Hudson River, and for the final set of each span.
