Rebar Cage Lifting

Siefert Associates, LLC is currently providing engineering services to GLX Constructors in their efforts to extend the Green Line, in Somerville, MA. GLX Constructors is currently installing large diameter drilled shafts designed to support the future viaduct structure. These drilled shafts require long and heavy rebar cages that are fabricated by Dimension Fabricators and shipped to site. Siefert Associates, LLC has been granted the opportunity to provide engineered lift plans for the large rebar cages. The attached image depicts a tandem crane lift engineered by Siefert Associates, LLC.
