Silicon Valley Project

Siefert Associates, LLC has prepared working drawings for the erection of rebar cages for two slurry wall shafts in support of The Silicon Valley Clean Water Front of Plant Project in Redwood City, CA for the Nicholson Construction Company. Using a combination of the Manitowoc 888 crawler crane auxiliary and main hosts, the rebar cages are tripped and lowered into their final positions. The rebar cages weigh over 30,000lbs and exceed 140ft in length. See the video of a rebar cage section being tripped.
