Phase II Kosciuszko Bridge over Newtown Creek in NYC

Siefert Associates, LLC continues to provide Granite Construction with engineering support services during their erection of the Phase II Kosciuszko Bridge over Newtown Creek in NYC. The bridge approach structure requires a significant number of rebar cage columns and pier caps. Siefert Associates provided the erection plans and analyzed each rebar cage in their temporary conditions. The picture below shows the beginning stages of the column rebar cage construction.
